During the last years, ICT has shaped the every-day life of the citizens of the information society. We use ICT for working, communicating with our families and friends, and managing our lives. The Everyday Services Research Area focuses on enabling services of information society and users participation in the service development. The Everyday Services area takes into account those user and usage aspects, which are critical for the service creation at individual level.
